Returns and Refunds

All products at Naama Sutra undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged or spoiled during transit.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the damaged or spoiled product in one continuous, unedited recording.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.
