Returns and Refunds
All products sold under the Naama Sutra brand undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged or spoiled during transit.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the damaged or spoiled product in one continuous, unedited recording.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
    Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be reviewed or approved.
  • Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

No Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction after use, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, delays caused by courier partners, or failure to report issues within the specified timeframe.
